The 2021 edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) was held on Sunday, November 21, and Ugandan musician, Eddy Kenzo was the biggest winner of the night in East Africa.

He won the award for Best Male Artiste, East Africa beating stiff competition from Diamond Platnumz.

Spice Diana and B2C attended the ceremony but did not manage to win.

The self-proclaimed Star Gyal was nominated in the category of Best Female Musician in East Africa but lost to Nikita Kering from Kenya.

On Monday morning through a WhatsApp voice note sent to Galaxy FM’s Mr. Henrie, Spice Diana stated that getting a nomination is a win for her.
