The TV Personality Katamba a.k.a Mc Kats has been identified by both international

And local Organisations for having been Bold enough to announce his HIV status

In BROADDAY light as being Positively living and encouraged the public to test and keep the society

Safe and protected from the Scourge. In 2018 Mc Kats came out to tell the public

How was nolonger Negative but had been infected with the Viruses and needed to do

Something about it but also to Sensitize the the rest of the public about the stigma

And the impacts to create apositive picture and not what people think or take it for.

The Event that took place at the Uganda Aids Commission this week was

Presided over by His Majesty King of Tooro King Oyo Iguru expressed his concerns

In the Fight against HIV and highlighted the key obstacles but more especially

Appreciated all those that have led the Fight. Those have played exemplary and among them

Mc Kats was the keynote Representative who has taken the lead to fight

Against the Scourge but also so much of the Stigma that comes with the sicknesse itself

Accessibility is sometimes veryhard. In his speech the King noted that there are some

People who still feel it is not right to talk about their HIV statuses and therefore

They’ll decide to keep quiet about hence continue to spread the Viruse and

Therefore it is at this moment in time that we have to appreciate those that have kept

The fight public and open to others in order to break the chain
